How long does delivery take?
In-stock keyboards, switches, keycaps, and accessories are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Custom builds typically take 2-4 weeks because we source parts, assemble, lube, tune, and test each board before dispatch.
Where do you deliver?
Hibiskeys is built for customers in Pakistan. Delivery availability, timing, and charges are confirmed at checkout or by our support team based on your city and order size.
What is your return policy?
All products include a 1 month checking warranty. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Custom-built keyboards are not returnable unless there is a defect in the components or our assembly because each board is made to your preferences.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Hibiskeys product carries a 1 month checking warranty so you can report functional issues after delivery. Warranty support is handled through our contact ticket system.
How do custom builds work?
Share your layout, budget, switch preference, keycap style, color theme, and sound profile. We will recommend parts that make sense for Pakistan availability, confirm the quote, then assemble and test the board before delivery.
Can I request specific switches for a pre-built keyboard?
Pre-built keyboards come with the switch options listed on their product page. If you want a switch that is not listed, choose a custom build so we can match the parts to your preferred feel, sound, and budget.
What does 'lubing switches' mean and why is it recommended?
Lubing involves applying a specialized lubricant to the internal plastics of a mechanical switch. This reduces friction, creates a smoother keypress, eliminates 'scratchy' sounds, and deepens the acoustic signature ('thock') of the keyboard.
